Thank you for choosing SealSink. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below. Updated 25. June 2026

1. Before Filing a Dispute

If you have any issue with your order — including non-delivery, damage, or dissatisfaction — please contact our support team at support@sealsink.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond within 4 hours and are committed to making things right. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed, as we maintain complete records of all transactions, communications, and shipments.

2. 14-Day Returns

We offer 14-day returns from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

To qualify, all of the following must be met:

  • The item must be clean — free of dirt, stains, or residue.
  • The item must not be broken or damaged, and must show no signs of misuse or modification.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and all accessories.
  • A valid RMA number (obtained by contacting us before shipping) must be included in the package.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be sent back using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error. If a return arrives in imperfect but not wholly ineligible condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund of no less than 50% of the purchase price.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sealsink.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Consumer Rights

  • Federal: Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.
  • State: This policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Paperless Enterprises LLC is a Wyoming LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

All sales are final once July 4th has passed, regardless of order date, delivery date, or reason for the request. After July 4th, refunds, exchanges, and returns will not be issued under any circumstances except the two listed below. The only valid grounds for a refund at any time are: (1) the order never arrived, as confirmed by carrier tracking, or (2) the item arrived damaged or defective, as confirmed by photos submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, sizing, color, late arrival before the 4th, or any reason other than non-delivery or damage will be declined, both before and after July 4th. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this limited refund window. 3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. To qualify, all of the following must be met:

Non-returnable items: USA-themed banner products are final sale and cannot be returned. Any product purchased for Independence Day (4th of July) cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
